Chair
Richard brings over 35 years of experience in public and AIM-listed companies across technology, telecoms, and financial services. His expertise includes supporting growth, transformation, and international expansion. Richard chairs several listed companies, including Tribal Group plc and Gresham Technologies plc, and is a Non-Executive Director at Corero Network Security plc. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Chief Executive Officer
With over 30 years of experience in FTSE 100, FTSE 250, and private equity-owned companies, Lucy has a proven track record in complex, regulated markets. Her expertise spans product innovation, market expansion, and digital transformation. Lucy’s commitment to technology, customer experience, diversity, and sustainability underpins her leadership at Iomart. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Babcock International Group plc.
Chief Financial Officer
Scott has more than 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, having held senior roles in the Clyde Blowers portfolio and as Group Finance Director of InterBulk Group plc. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland since 1995, Scott brings a wealth of financial expertise to Iomart.
Non-Executive Director
Karyn is a chartered accountant with over 25 years of experience in audit and advisory services, particularly in financial services. She serves as a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair for several organisations, including the Scottish American Investment Company plc and the North American Income Trust plc.

Angus founded Iomart in 1998 and played a pivotal role in its growth, establishing the company as a leading provider of managed hosting and cloud services. After stepping down as CEO in 2020, Angus continues to contribute as a Non-Executive Director, leveraging his deep industry knowledge and vision.

Annette is an experienced board director with a 30+ year track record in technology, telecoms, and digital industries. She currently serves on the Board of Eleco plc and has previously chaired the Remuneration Committee at Maintel Holdings plc. Annette’s expertise includes operational leadership, governance, and remuneration practices.

Adrian has extensive experience in the technology and telecoms sectors, having served as CEO of SaaS businesses like Message Labs and Achilles. He is currently a Non-Executive Director at Alfa Financial Software Holdings plc and Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, bringing strategic insight and operational expertise to Iomart.
Chaired by Karyn Lamont, this committee oversees internal controls and external audits, meeting at least three times a year.
Led by Annette Nabavi, this committee makes recommendations on the remuneration of Executive Directors.
Chaired by Richard Last, this committee handles the selection and re-appointment of Directors.
